What can you do for hip or knee pain, stiffness, weakness or general  dysfunction?
This workshop will guide you to answers by focusing on educated self care.
What you will learn:
Basic biomechanics and anatomy of the hip, knee and pelvis and how it varies.
Common weak or stiff areas - 
how to see if you have them, and what to do about it.
Excellent self care for hip and knee health - a basic series of exercises and/or    
yoga poses customized to your bodies needs.
How to keep your hips healthy in a yoga class. 
How to keep your hips and knees healthy during your chosen fitness routine.

Everyone welcome!  
This is appropriate for all levels of fitness.

As a physical therapist and a yoga teacher,  Dina will approach this topic drawing from both worlds.  
    •    Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in. 

    •    Handout with pictures will be emailed in advance for you to print and
         use for note taking
