What is the Schroth Method for Scoliosis?
A three dimensional approach to caring for you spine and trunk with scoliosis.
We approach corrective exercises from all three dimensions, and we incorporate breathing exercises as well as corrective maneuvers in both static and dynamic positions.
How your curves shift and change with movement will dictate the exercises we choose.
Schroth is excellent for both juveniles and adolescence with scoliosis, as well as adults.
The programs will differ, but the underlying concepts are the same.

In my practice I incorporate Schroth principles to empower you to keep your spine healthy and stable. This often results in improved function, decreased pain if applicable, and a general sense of a taller more lifted and supported spine.
