This workshop will be part lecture and part active so you can experience what you learn. A handout will be provided for you to print and take notes.
What is it about our body types and/or daily activities that create discomfort in our neck, shoulders, and upper back?
You will leave with a better understanding of:
• How your neck, upper back and shoulders “work”.
• Tools for prevention and addressing pain and current
injuries
• What type of active movements to do to help prevent or
reduce discomfort.
As a physical therapist and a yoga teacher,
I will approach this topic drawing from both worlds.
