Bone Health - Onero™

I am now formally trained and licensed to provide the evidence-based Onero program for bone building!

The first step for you would be to schedule your own Onero intake session where I will do a thorough evaluation.
Besides going over your history and any other secondary conditions you may have,
I will teach you all about the Onero program, what it will be like, and we will decide together when you are ready to join the group.
The group meets Tuesday and Friday, either at 10:30 AM or 11:30 AM. New class times coming soon.
​Classes are small between 4 to 6 maximum so you have a lot of feedback and attention during the group.
